Our Story

In Japanese, Todoku (届く) means "to arrive" and that is the promise we make to you.

We are a proxy shopping service created for Singaporeans who want access to products that are only available in Japan. Founded by two Singaporean university students studying in Japan, we wanted to make Japanese products more accessible without the need to break the bank to specifically come here to get them.

From limited-edition merchandise and collectibles to beauty products, fashion, and everyday essentials, we help you purchase directly from Japan with ease and confidence. We handle the entire process, from sourcing and purchasing to shipping, so you can enjoy authentic Japanese products hassle-free.

Ordering

We support Rakuten, Mercari, and Yahoo Auctions Japan. If it is an online store that ships to a Japanese address, we can most likely help! If the item is only available in a physical shop, our partner Gets can! When in doubt, just ask!

Yes! It is cheaper to order multiple items in a single order compared to ordering them individually. Just include all the links in your order form and we will quote everything together.

Unfortunately no. Couriers require a legal name for delivery. Nicknames cannot be accepted.

You will receive a full refund, no questions asked! We process orders as quickly as possible to minimise this risk. If you are worried about an item selling out fast, feel free to DM @junhong723 or @kerfufle directly to request a priority order!

Payments

The first payment covers the item price so we can purchase it right away. The second covers international shipping, which we can only confirm once we have weighed your item and received the exact cost from our courier. We will notify you with the confirmed amount before processing the second payment.

We accept payment via Bank Transfer and PayNow / PayLah. We will only ever contact you through our official Telegram accounts @junhong723 and @kerfufle. If anyone else reaches out claiming to be Todoku, do not pay them! When in doubt, verify with us directly. Stay safe!

Unfortunately no. Once we have purchased the item on your behalf, we are unable to offer refunds for a change of mind. See our Refund Policy here.

Consolidation & Storage

Yes! Consolidating multiple orders into a single shipment can save you money, particularly on heavier items. There is an item consolidation fee of $2 per consolidation request. Not sure how fees work? See our pricing examples below!

Items are stored for up to 30 days from the date we receive your first item at our warehouse, free of charge. For consolidated orders, the 30-day period is calculated from the arrival date of the earliest item. For example, if your first item arrives on 7 March and your second on 20 March, the storage deadline remains 6 April. We will notify you when 7 days remain so you have ample time to arrange shipment.

Shipping

We offer two options. EMS takes 3 to 5 days and is ideal for urgent shipments. Tracked Airmail takes 6 to 14 days and is the more cost-conscious option.

Shipping is calculated by weight once your item arrives with us. We will send you the exact cost before processing your second payment.

Yes. For legal reasons, we are unable to proxy the following items from Japan to Singapore. Strictly prohibited items include drugs and controlled substances, e-cigarettes and vaporisers, chewing and oral tobacco products, adult or obscene publications, counterfeit or pirated goods, weapons such as knuckledusters, throwing knives and ninja stars, and endangered animal products. We also do not handle items requiring special import permits, such as live animals, raw meat or seafood, prescription medication, replica swords, or toy guns. If you are unsure whether your item is allowed, feel free to check with us before ordering!

Tracking & Delivery

Yes. All our shipping options are fully tracked. You will receive an order number on Todoku's side, and an official tracking number from our courier once your parcel is dispatched.

Contact us immediately with photos. We photograph all packages upon arrival and film all consolidation openings, so we will have evidence on our end too. See our Refund Policy here for full details on how damage claims are handled.

It depends on the item and shipping method, but typically: purchasing and receiving takes 3 to 7 days, EMS to Singapore takes 3 to 5 days, and Tracked Airmail to Singapore takes 6 to 14 days.

Do not pay anything! Todoku will never DM you first asking for payment without proof. Our only official contacts are @junhong723 and @kerfufle on Telegram. Report the account to Telegram immediately!
